Waterways Introduction - Steve

At the edge of Steve's boundary is a cliff with a lovely little waterfall. For a good three seasons each year it flows with runoff from the peaks. Today, however, it seems to be...very interesting. So interesting Steve and his buddies have decided to check it out.
